To ensure that all dogs receive the love and care they deserve during their pamper session, we run exclusively on pre-arranged bookings, with limited appointments per day. For your convenience, we'll send you a courtesy text message half an hour before your fur-baby is ready to be collected. Grooming times may vary depending on number of appointments per day, so please notify us if you have a preferred collection time in mind and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
