Bloomingtails will send an SMS 15-30 minutes before your pup is ready so you know when to collect them - within an hour of the pick up time. Please note: Collection past the one-hour time frame, will incur daycare fees on top of your grooming fee.

We use all natural shampoos and conditioners that are perfect for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. Our products are free from harmful soaps and chemicals (SLS/SLES, parabens and petrochemicals). This maintains your dogs natural oils while leaving them looking and smelling amazing!

COAT EVALUATION

We perform a pre-groom assessment with each client and their dog. Each four-legged friend will have their coat assessed upon admission to ensure the correct grooming products are used and to check for matting.

​We never assume we know what our fur-parents want and it's important to us that grooming styles, medicated treatments, dietary requirements or special handling are discussed. If your fur-love has special requirements, please do not hesitate to discuss it with us.

MAINTAINING YOUR DOG'S COAT

To keep your dog healthy and happy, Bloomingtails typically recommends a deluxe wash and full body clip every 6-8 weeks, followed up by a premium wash and tidy service every 2-4 weeks.

We also recommend regular brushing at home to prevent matting. Please feel free to ask us about the correct techniques and brushes/combs to use to maintain a healthy and vibrant coat and to ensure your fur baby is looking, smelling and feeling their best.

PET-LOVING, HIGHLY SKILLED GROOMERS
For your convenience, we'll send you a courtesy text message half an hour before your fur-baby is ready to be collected.

Grooming times may vary depending on number of appointments per day, so please notify us if you have a preferred collection time in mind and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please Note:

​We only offer humane grooming services, therefore, de-matting is not offered as one of our services.

Dogs with matted coats will be given a short clip to ensure they remain comfortable and stress free at all times.
